In the meantime, it's decided that they'll be heading to Tokyo for a training camp with Nekoma High and a handful of other powerful schools. They team is practicing hard, and not day during their run, Hinata and Kageyama get too excited and end up lost, and end up meeting someone rather unexpected...

Haikyuu!! Movie 4: Battle of Concepts
The finals of the Miyagi prelims for the Spring Tournament... After defeating Aoba Johsai, Karasuno head toward their next match to qualify for the Spring Tournament. Their opponent is the undefeated champion Shiratorizawa, led by the high school prodigy, Wakatoshi Ushijima. From the beginning of the match, Karasuno gets beat down by Ushijima’s ferocious spikes. Even though they try to turn the tables, they are also shut down due to Tendo’s precise blocks. Is this a wall they will not be able to get over? The one who holds the key to turning the tables is the master of blocking, Tsukishima. Hinata and Kageyama manage to increase their intensity due to his calm and precise defense. Despite both teams have completely different play concepts, their intensity is the same. Who will be the ones who will laugh after this desperate struggle?

n order to prepare for the Spring Tournament prelims, the Karasuno High School Volleyball Club joins up with other powerhouse schools from the Kanto region for a training camp. The members of the Karasuno Volleyball team wanted to change, and evolved, which allowed them to make it to the Spring Tournament preliminary semi-finals. Their opponent at the semi-finals is Aoba Johsai High School, who defeated them at the Inter-High prelims. Despite Karasuno vehemently attacking since the beginning of the match, because of Oikawa’s precise serves and their secret weapon Kyotani’s powerful spikes, the flow of the game ends up going to Seijoh. Karasuno tries to get their rhythm back in the match with Hinata and Kageyama’s new weirdo quick attack and their pinch server, Yamaguchi’s service ace. Karasuno gives their all against in this battle against their ultimate rivals!

Picking up where the second season ended, the boys prepare to finally face off for the right to represent the prefecture in the volleyball national championship. Despite being known as “The Fallen Champions,” Karasuno is determined to take down the powerhouse that is the Shiratorizawa High volleyball team. As Hinata comes closer to fulfilling his promise to defeat Ushijima’s team, will the “Flightless Crows” finally find their wings and soar above the best school in the prefecture?

He suffers a crushing defeat in his first and last tournament in middle school at the hands of his rival Tobio Kageyama. So, Hinata joins Karasuno High School's volleyball team, vowing revenge against Kageyama. However, Kageyama is also on Karasuno's team. The former rivals form a legendary combo with Hinata's mobility and Kageyama's precision ball-handling. Together, they take on the local tournaments and vow to meet Karasuno's fated rival school in the nationals.
